Perkins holds a bachelor of arts (psychology) from the University of Oklahoma and a master of business administration (accounting concentration) from the University of Notre Dame. He has completed postgraduate coursework in business valuation and business brokerage through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). He completed the Mergers and Acquisitions executive education course at The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), and he’s a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Since 1997, Perkins has consulted full time on the purchase and sale of private companies. His firm, Acquisition Advisors, focuses on transactions valued between $10 million and $100 million. Perkins’ early career included commercial real estate brokerage, commercial banking and a brief stint as the senior financial officer for a software company. Trey Biggs is president of CFR, a risk management consulting and insurance brokerage firm. Prior to his responsibilities for CFR, Biggs worked with the two largest insurance brokerage firms as managing director for Marsh and senior vice president for Aon Risk Services. He also draws from his experiences as client executive with McGriff, Seibels & Williams and corporate risk manager for Purolator Corporation. He began his career as an underwriter in the Financial Institutions Department for Chubb.
William D. Lohrey William D. Lohrey owns the accounting firm of Lohrey and Associates, holds a degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University and earned a juris doctor from the University of Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a recognized leader in the accounting community. Lohrey served on the AICPA National Executive Committee on Ethics & Behavior as well as the AICPA Behavior Ethics Committee. He periodically lectures at the college level and currently teaches Fast Trac courses on entrepreneurship. He has served on the White House Small Business Roundtable. Armand Paliotta Armand Paliotta is an attorney and director of the law firm Hartzog Conger Cason & Neville in Oklahoma City. He specializes in business and financial transactions; securities law; tax planning and tax controversies; and commercial law.

Steve Soule Steven W. Soulé is a 20-year attorney who has built his practice with emphasis on bankruptcy litigation and transactions, reorganization, creditors’ rights and commercial transactions. Jean Wilcox Jean Wilcox is one of the founding partners of CattleLogos Brand Management Systems. She began her career as a technical specialist at Xerox. She was VP of marketing and product development for SEAL Graphics, a $250M division of Hunt Manufacturing Corporation. Prior to Hunt, she was executive director of Web sites and brand management at Telcordia Technologies, Inc. (formerly known as Bellcore). A rare mix of scientist, artist and musician, she has a gift for color and design. She has been active in both developing and using computer graphics for more than 20 years. She earned a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Chicago.
Wen-Chyuan Chiang Wen-Chyuan Chiang is professor of operations management, University of Tulsa, with a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. from the National Taiwan Normal University. He has received the Mayo Research in Excellence Award six times. He is currently senior editor for production and operations management and editor of the International Journal of Revenue Management. He has been named Graduate Business Professor of the Year.
Neil Schaffer Neil Schaffer began serving in May 2009 as SVP and CFO of Canoe Ventures LLC. Canoe is a consortium sponsored by the six largest cable companies in the United States, working on delivering interactive and addressable television content and advertising. From 2005 to May 2009, he served as the founder and CEO of Longview Consulting Group, which provided marketing and financial strategic advice to emerging and middle-market companies. He has served in executive management roles across a number of industries. He has served as EVP and CFO of the MediaPort consortium (2001-2002) and of AudioAudit (2002-2005), and as co-founder of Internet security company iPrivacy LLC. He previously served as CFO of Horizon Paper Company, The Carson Group, Inc., and The Hain Celestial Group (NASDAQ: HAIN). Dr. Jay Ferraro Jay Kent-Ferraro is a leader and recognized authority in optimal performance coaching and professional development and has more than two decades of experience as an organizational and clinical psychologist, consultant, certified coach, trainer, author and speaker. He completed degree programs in clinical, counseling and organizational psychology at American Psychological Association (APA)-approved training institutions. Matthew O. Henderson Matthew O. Henderson started his career in the life insurance and financial planning business after graduating from Northeastern (Oklahoma) State University in 1990. In 1999, Henderson started Henderson Financial Group.
In 1999, he earned the Family Business Specialist designation at The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He personally works with high-net-worth business owner clients who need to address business succession planning, estate planning and innovative insurance and financial planning programs. His industry awards include the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) since 1992, Top of the Table and Court of the Table, Quality Business Awards and National Achievement Awards.
Laura C. Conway Laura C. Conway is an associate with Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. in Morristown, New Jersey, and New York City. She concentrates her practice in insurance, commercial and environmental litigation.
